This electronic duo came to me with a very clear concept in mind: they wanted to be portrayed as a mystical creature and fairy in a magic Japanese forest, surrounded by a chihuahua, a Japanese schoolgirl, and an old Japanese man peeking out from the bamboo. At first, I was tempted to say "no way... it'll take way too long". But the idea was so fun that I just had to put it together for them.It took awhile to find the images, and even longer to composite everything together... the forest, the lion (plus wings), the fairy, the dog... the old man is a photo I shot in Tokyo a few years ago...
They were very happy with the end product (which they also asked me to come up with an album title to match). It was certainly worth the effort.
